Trade Site Applications
Applications for the 2026 Crystal Brook Show are now open!
We’re now inviting applications for trade sites at the Crystal Brook Show!
Thank you to everyone who has applied so far. We have been delighted with the response, and many trade site locations are already fully booked.
To provide a diverse and enjoyable experience for our showgoers, we have needed to limit the number of similar stalls. Unfortunately, this means some applications have not been successful this year. We appreciate your interest and encourage you to apply again in future years.
We are currently seeking a few speciality trade sites, including:
– Farm and agricultural tools, and equipment
– Plants and garden products
– Home-made and hand-crafted goods
– Educational toys and learning products
– Community and information stalls
However, even if your business or organisation doesn’t fit into one of these categories, we still encourage you to apply. If you offer something unique, interesting, or different, we’d love to hear from you.
Please note that our Trade Site Coordinator is currently on leave. One of our volunteer team members is assisting with enquiries and applications during this time. We appreciate your patience as we work through applications and finalise site allocations as quickly as possible.
